Health and wellbeing

Some articles discuss painting as a relaxing activity. This is general information, not medical or psychological advice. If you are dealing with stress, anxiety or another health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

Materials and safety

Follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety labels for paints, varnishes and other materials, work in a ventilated area, and supervise children.

We do not sell kits

Paintings by Numbers does not manufacture or sell paint-by-number kits, paints or supplies, and does not offer classes or custom commissions.
